Why do prices differ so much between pharmacies for the same medication?

The variation reflects differences in their consultation service costs, fulfilment overheads and business models - some offer introductory rates while others focus on repeat subscribers. The medication itself is the same licensed product regardless of which GPhC-registered pharmacy supplies it.

Are the pharmacies listed here legitimate?

We only list pharmacies registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC), the statutory regulator for pharmacists and pharmacies in Great Britain. Every pharmacy on JabWatch links directly to its GPhC registration so you can verify it yourself. We never list unregistered sellers, social media suppliers or marketplace listings.

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. All pharmacies listed on JabWatch require a consultation with a prescriber before dispensing any GLP-1 medication.
